This is an invitation to put everything down and get into your body. Take the time to experience yourself in and of nature; to remember how to just be. Restoration doesn't not have to be a long and involved process.

This is a culmination of my own experiences and knowledge. Wisdom earned through education and twenty-plus years of work in healthcare, business and wellness. My own journey with letting go of blame and claiming accountability for my life, is allowing me to co-create something better than I ever imagined.

Tuning into your breath unleashes an entire cascade of reactions in your body.

This is where you will find balance and healing. It’s important to maximize the daily frequency that this magic is released for your body to repair and recover.

No more “cookie-cutter” programs and meal plans. No more wondering and worrying about “Will this work?”

This is an intuitive approach. There is a sense of what might work where and a loose plan, but how the plan is carried out will depend on and respond to the flow of its surroundings.

This is an internal journey that has a physical expression. Pack your bags with a sense of lightness and know that change can be an incredible blessing, even when you are leaving behind things that are familiar or comforting.

As humans, we tend to believe that we manage to somehow control nature, and the use of artificial light is probably one of the best examples.

It turns out that there are some forces of nature that we cannot get away from.

Whatever it is, I like to shake things up, in a loving way, and remind you that there is always another way. There's power in challenging the general consensus and conjuring a better vision for your world.

When I talk about embracing our edges, I'm referring to the things this work will bring to the surface. Things that may have been hidden or felt deep inside. These are sometimes painful to confront or they are embarrassing or taboo. I'll go there with you!
